Venue Selection

Choosing the right fit to host your event can be a challenge; many groups need to reserve a date long before being able to decide on the specifics of their event. Our experience with event creation and early conversations about your vision and message can help define your choices.

Each venue has its unique strengths and weaknesses that we can help identify from our experienced production perspective. If the focus of the evening is to roll out the new video for the organization, booking a venue with low ceilings and sightline issues may prove to be problematic. If music is part of the entertainment for the event, a concrete room might not the best choice without a budget for a solution.
